This feature relates to the presence of few to many branches (or protuberances) on the pleurocystidia, irrespective of the overall shape (Pleurocystidia shape) and any apical modifications (Pleurocystidia apex shape). Branches can be apical, or along the length of pleurocystidia.
Choose this state if: there are few to many branches present but they are neither short (nodulose) nor long and apical (digitate). Branches can be quite irregular or secondarily branched (antler-like, dendrophysoid or having a Rameales-structure).
